well. first off sorry that i missed 2-3 weeks of this :D
i was on vacation for 2 weeks

and um.. i gotta say i loved the pic of golbat and the bg/music
but i feel like you couldve done a bit more with stalin
great job though keep it up~

i dont really understand the background.. or the music
and Stalin looks funny
but jigglypuffs just a ball with arms and legs and big eyes

i think its funny how...

the people who give 0s have 'helpful' reviews
and the people who give 7+ have 'useless' reviews

this one was better than vulpix
but you still make Stalin kinda boring
you could change his ears to match the pokemon (like you did with pikachu)
seeing how you cant change any other part of his head,,,,

the music fits in nicely with the background and wtih vulpix
but Stalin was a little.. plain
it all goes back down to that hat hes wearing :/
because you cant really put anything on his head w.o messing with his hat (which is part of the uniform)
and like kara-the-hedgehog said, hes only got 2 tails~
